Most experts, including the American Dental Association, will tell you that you save your life and health everytime you brush your teeth and even more when you regularly visit the dentist. Brushing might prevent cavities and bad breath while perfecting your smile. However, here are the reasons why you must brush every day.

Key takeaways:

– Studies show that gum disease leads to insulin resistance and Diabetes as poor oral health signals heart-related issues.

– To avoid getting Gingivitis, a disease symptomized by bad breath and inflamed gums and whose patients are mostly unaware of the infection.

– Oral cancer which is caused by oral diseases that are linked to the HPV virus and smoking.

Do as your dentist tells you by brushing your teeth every day, replacing your toothbrush regularly and receiving checkups for oral health and a dazzling smile!
